I choose Newton because of i like the culture of helping each other and also sharing many skills here ,and most important is office near my house.

I'm A team leader here in Newton iEstate. Loving the commission, and lifestyle. With many projects to sell with high commissions, most importantly flexible working hours for me to both spend time with my kids while making the big bucks. Love it there in Newton.

My 3000 MYR salary vanished monthly, leaving no savings. Every of my friends said, “Go Singapore,” but Malaysia was my home. Even my family thought property was a bad idea—“Won’t work!”. The reason why I chose to join Newton is because of the atmosphere. It’s totally different with any other agency. Everyone is kind & willing to help if needed. As now we’re having weekly activities such as pickleball, hiking, genting run & etc. Providing each Thursday full commission with no stressful environment. I’ve joined real estate for 4 years total. My first leader is Andy Heng & never changed. He’s one of the most inspiring leader that I’ve ever met. Whenever you needed for help, he’s always there.

I chose Newton for the opportunity to earn a higher income with greater flexibility, allowing me to pursue my travel dreams. After following Andy for 1.5 years, I still love the culture and vibes.
